Rich was born and raised on the West Side of Charleston and now lives on the East End with his wife and two boys – Richie and Patrick. Since graduating from the Appalachian School of Law in 2008, Rich has advocated for West Virginians who were wrongfully injured. On their behalf, he has settled hundreds of cases and been lead counsel or co-counsel in several trials in Kanawha, Cabell, Putnam, Raleigh, Mason, Jackson, Upshur, Monongalia and Harrison counties.
